How to Use Sorting​

The BlockWyre API provides a sorting mechanism that allows you to order the returned data according to specific fields. This feature enhances data retrieval efficiency and relevance.

Sorting is applied through query parameters in the API request.

  • You can specify the field to sort by and the direction (ascending or descending).

Example of a Sorting Request:​

  • To sort by name in ascending order: /endpoint?sort=name&order=asc
  • To sort by date in descending order: /endpoint?sort=date&order=desc

Supported Fields​

The fields available for sorting depend on the specific endpoint and data model. Common fields include: name, date,price,etc.
